Pre Requires

• The application requires .Net 3.5 that you can download from Microsoft. or if you want only the cab file, search the net for the NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab file.

Program Options

• Merge Contacts
  Semi automatic option to merge two contacts of the same person, e.g. two contacts for the same person, one with the email and one with phone number.
  You can choose the parameters for comparison, and the condintions for matcing: match all parameters – AND, match one or more of the parameters – OR. You can enable matching given(first) name and family(last) name by any order.
• Delete Duplicates
  Delete duplicate entries.
  Select from
  - Contacts
  - Tasks
  - Appointments
• Missing Data
  Search for contacts with missing data.
  You can choose the parameters and the condintions for searching: search all parameters – AND, search one or more of the parameters – OR
• Display Format
  Select the format you want to display the contacts (The FileAs contact’s field )
  New created contacts will be displayed in the system default format, to set them also, run this tool again.
• Arrange Names
  If you have the first and the last name of the contact in one field only, e.g., when you import contacts from old devices this tool will search and split the name to the correct fields.
  Use the ‘Set’ button in order to perform the spilt. Another usage is when you have contact with email address only, without first & last names,
  This tool will try to get the name details from the email address of the contact.
  Second click on the ‘Set’ button with switch the first and last names.
• Delete Non Digits
  Delete all non digits from all phone numbers
  You can select to delete any none digit [0-9] or
  to delete any non digit with exceptions of special characters that are valid
  in phone numbers: #, *, + , p(pause), w(wait).
• One By One
  Pass all your contacts one by one
  Each contact can be edited, add and remove details
  To remove one of the contact’s details, just enter empty value to the removable field.

Known Issues

• After restore contacts the application may not recognized some of the contacts.
  Known bug of the win mobile systems, recomendd to reset (SR) the device after restoring the contacts nd before running te Chaos Organizer.
• Compare algorithm
  The compare algorithm can’t always find all similar contacts when there are more than two contacts of the same person.

It’s highly recommended to back up your data before making any major changes to your contacts’ list.
